Terms & Conditions

Cancellations: At least 2hrs notice in advance or a travel / float fee will be charged.
Min 8hr: Minimum hire of 8 hours per day applies to all machines and trucks.
Float Fee: Covers the time & travel expenses to deliver / collect the machines, within Melbourne Metro area only.
Penalty Rates: Public holidays, Sundays, night work and after 6pm weekdays: $60.00 p/hr additional to the base hire rate.
Tip Fees: Items charged to our tip accounts will be billed at cost + 15%, prices are subject to GST and EPA levy.
Wet Weather: Customer’s responsibility to cancel in advance. A min 4hrs hire will apply if already on site.
Stand-Down: Reasons other than inclement weather a minimum charge of 3hrs for each day of stand-down.
Ground Engaging Tools: Excessive wear & tear of GET (auger / bucket / ripper / teeth / hammer) will be charged at replacement cost.
Security: Jobs exceeding one day will incur extra float fees if the machine cannot be parked securely on site overnight.
Acting Agents: We may act as an agent for contractors. No responsibility taken for their delays, defaults or claims.

Combination hire: Available with all machines and trucks. Phone for a competitive price and advice.
SWL: Safe Working Load, is the load equipment can safely lift, suspend or lower without fear of breaking.
Waste Removal: ‘p/Load’ includes truck hire and tip fees. ‘p/tonne’ includes tip fees only and truck hire is charged per hour.
Std Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 7.00am to 3.00pm, Saturday 8.00am to 2.00pm.
Payment Options: Cash, Visa, Direct deposit (EFT), Credit given to approved customers only
