Disciplinary action may be taken where a breach of this policy is substantiated.
ProCons will not tolerate victimisation or retaliation against any person who raises a concern or participates in an investigation in good faith. Any such behaviour will be treated as a serious breach of this policy.
Workers affected by bullying or harassment will be offered appropriate support during and after the investigation process.
